Childrens-program-3-11-14-018-225x300 (1)Geared to the young garden explorers (Kindergarten – 5th grade) where children are guided along kid appealing highlights of the garden while reinforcing what they study in the classroom. They will learn about the parts of a plant, seeds, flowers and fruits; explore the differences and similarities in plants and use their senses to explore.

Garden explorers will experience an eye opener in the kid friendly Learn & Play Garden on growing vegetables, smelling herbs, admiring colors and fragrant flowers. They will see pollinators at work, feel like a giant in between the bonsai, walk through the conifer and rock gardens, discover pitcher plants in the bog garden, smell a range of rose perfumes, glance at the beehives from a safe distance and see an educational hive up close,  discover the colorful koi…
