ART BLOOMS
Art Blooms is a two-month celebration of creativity. Taking place in April and May, Art Blooms features hands-on workshops, live performances, temporary sculptures and an art scavenger hunt throughout the City of Kennesaw.
For the duration of Art Blooms, the permanent collection is complemented by a temporary outdoor sculpture exhibit showcasing regional artists. The Art Blooms theme can also be experienced at the Ben Robertson Community Center through a gallery exhibit.
Downtown Kennesaw Scavenger Hunt
Members of the community may participate in the Art Blooms scavenger hunt. Participants can pick up scavenger hunt cards at several participating locations, including 1885 Grill, Lazy Guy Distillery, Smith-Gilbert Gardens, the Southern Museum and ETO Martial Arts. Each location will stamp the card once, and when the card is filled with stamps, participants will drop it off at City Hall for a chance to win prizes. Prizes, donated by local businesses, can be redeemed at Smith-Gilbert Gardens.
