Gentle Flow Yoga:

A gentle flow yoga class is appropriate for all ages, abilities, fitness levels, and body types. This class is designed to destress, release tightness and tension in the body and mind through conscious breathing, gentle movement, and stretching.

Blocks (optional) for gentle yoga

Classes will be discounted for members. $5 for adults.

For General public, $15 for adults, $10 for seniors. Includes Garden admission.
