KENNESAW, GA (September 3, 2026) — Smith-Gilbert Gardens is calling all artists to submit proposals for both existing and new outdoor artworks for its annual Art Blooms exhibition, returning April through May 2027. This beloved temporary art experience transforms the Gardens into an outdoor gallery, celebrating nature-inspired artwork and showcasing the talents of new and emerging artists.

The call for artists is open to all qualified creators, including university students. There is no entrance fee to apply, and selected artists will receive a stipend for the loan of their work. Smith-Gilbert Gardens and its partners seek a diverse and inclusive range of artists to represent the vibrant Metro Atlanta arts community.
